Sounds like what almost all offshore convictions were based on. If you are opening up a book in Costa Rica, stay there if you are doing any work with it. Simple advice because otherwise you will be yet more examples that the Feds of the US and even Canada would love to have.

Maybe that was a bad example. But as some may or may not know, there are systems out there that require the servers and lines manager to be in the same location.
